Can you keep tabs on where the money’s coming from – and where it’s going to?
Each section handles money paid by or on behalf of the young people who are members – for camps, trips and membership subscriptions. The section leaders need to know who has paid for what, who needs a reminder and who needs a refund. We’re looking for someone who can donate an hour or two each month or so to keep track on payments made and due so that the leaders who volunteer to run activities can spend more time doing that and less keeping track of paperwork. This wouldn’t have to be done in a particular time-slot or in a particular location – anywhere you can find a bit of peace and quiet with a computer should work!
